Gimpel Electrics is a family-owned electrical contracting business operating in the areas of domestic, commercial and industrial installations and maintenance.

Established in 1981 in Upper Mount Gravatt by brothers Peter and Paul Gimpel, Gimpel Electrics is dedicated to servicing the local and greater Brisbane areas, that provides quality work and excellent customer service at a fair price to satisfy their customers.

As a successful small business, we realise how important it is to not only provide professional service, but personal service. We ensure you will receive polite and friendly quality service from our employees, beginning from your first point of contact with our office staff through to our tradesmen. Each client is just as important to us no matter whether they are large or small and we guarantee we will respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.

For over 20 years, our business has trained electrical apprentices, to help alleviate the skills shortage and give young people a career path in the electrical industry. We were awarded winner of the Electro Group Domestic Employer of the Year. In addition to supporting our youth, we also recognize the importance of the senior members of our community. Our business sponsors two local Bowls clubs and has been involved for many years within the Home Care service area. We also help with mission support in India with providing bore wells for remote villages giving them access to clean water.

Recently in July 2021 “All Brisbane Electrical” and “Gimpel Electrics” has merged under the one name Gimpel Electrics. All Brisbane Electrical was started by second-generation electrician Shaun Murray following the family trade. Shaun worked for his father for 10-years before starting All Brisbane Electrical in July 2016. With Gimpel Electrics strong services based work and All Brisbane Electrical strong Solar, and construction based work we believe that together we form a stronger better position for the future.
